AISphereX Writer is an AI-powered content generation platform that creates platform-specific content for social media and blogs based on user inputs.

3. User Accounts

Account Creation:

  • You must provide accurate, current information
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
  • One person or entity may maintain only one account

Account Security:

  • Keep your password confidential
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

  • Use the Service lawfully and ethically
  • Respect intellectual property rights
  • Provide accurate information
  • Not misrepresent generated content as entirely human-written when disclosure is required

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for illegal purposes
  • Generate harmful, discriminatory, or offensive content
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI systems
  • Share account credentials
  • Spam or abuse the Service
  • Generate content that violates platform policies

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content:

  • You retain rights to your input and generated content
  • You grant us license to process your inputs to provide the Service
  • You are responsible for how you use generated content

Our Content:

  • The Service, including AI models and platform, is our property
  • Our trademarks and branding are protected
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute our technology

Generated Content:

  • AI-generated content is provided “as-is”
  • You are responsible for reviewing content before publication
  • We don’t guarantee content will meet all platform requirements
  • Check for accuracy, appropriateness, and compliance

6. Payment Terms

Subscription:

  • Fees are charged according to your selected plan
  • All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated
  • Payments are processed securely by third-party providers

Billing:

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period
  • No refunds for partial periods

Free Trial (if applicable):

  • Limited features or usage
  • Converts to paid subscription unless cancelled
  • One trial per user

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but:

  • Service may be interrupted for maintenance
  • We don’t guarantee 100% uptime
  • Features may change with notice
  • We may discontinue the Service with 30 days notice

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Service is provided “AS IS” without warranties
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months
  • We are not responsible for content generated or how you use it

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AISphereX from claims arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of third-party rights
  • Content you generate and publish

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

11. Modifications to Terms

  • We may update these Terms periodically
  • Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
  • Material changes will be notified via email or Service notice

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • Required by law
  • Service is discontinued

You may terminate by:

  • Canceling your subscription
  • Closing your account
  • Ceasing to use the Service

Upon Termination:

  • Access to the Service ends immediately
  • We may delete your data per our retention policy
  • Outstanding fees remain due

13. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law:

  • These Terms are governed by California law
  • Disputes resolved in San Francisco, CA courts

Arbitration:

  • Disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration
  • Class action waiver applies where permitted

14. Miscellaneous

Severability: Invalid provisions don’t affect remaining Terms

Waiver: Our failure to enforce doesn’t waive rights

Assignment: We may assign these Terms; you may not

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the full agreement
